We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible, but you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Contact us immediately at saachimiraai@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Yes, all Saachi Miraai products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We use carefully selected botanicals like rosehip oil, turmeric, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, bio retinol, and more. We never use parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, or any harmful chemicals.

Absolutely. Saachi Miraai is 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals.
